Operational Compliance

We want to remind everyone that water orders must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled run date and no later than 9 a.m.  Water orders can be conveniently placed via email at sid@ocsnet.net, text only at 559-576-9588, or phone 559-784-1208. When placing your order, please provide your meter number, the on and off dates, the time for turning on and off,  the gallonage, and whether we will turn the meter on or off or your field staff will. 

Please be aware that a $100 penalty charge will apply for any water ordered but not used or used without an order. 

 Have you used Basinsafe yet?  If not, we recommend you do so.  Basinsafe allows users to view their annual water allocation, water usage, payments, and outstanding balances due on water, assessments, or standby status.  If you don’t remember your password or don’t have one, please get in touch with the office to reset it or get a temporary one.  For assistance with using Basinsafe, please reach out to schedule a training appointment.
